The INTERNATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY EDUCATION AND RESEARCH COUNCIL (IPERC) is a Non-profit organization registered under section 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961. This institution was principally established to enhance the standards of living of both the privileged & unprivileged masses of our society and the nation at large. We aim to achieve this vision by administering Quality Education and Holistic Health-care services conjoined with suitable mentoring and counselling to empower people to triumph over any and every physical and mental hurdles they endure through the walk of life

The subject lies at the intersection of applied, educational, and theoretical science.

The Educational Psychology Service (EPS) is a small, independent service reporting directly to the Director General of the Ministry of Education and Culture.
